Qeros Carnival Festivity Photography Tours 7D/6N The Qeros nation is the latest generation of propertied men from the deepest Andean tradition, as known as the last Inca community by historians and anthropologists. The Qeros Inca Nation is located in the province of Paucartambo. Here people have maintained their language for hundreds of years (Quechua or Runasimi) as well as the religion of their ancestors.
The Qeros nation has survived through time and history, practicing their customs and carrying out their traditional agricultural and pastoral activities like they have done for hundreds of years. They maintain their own moral norms, their own laws and style of indigenous dress. During this trip you will be able to explore each village and the most important you will be able to photograph their lifestyle.

ITINERARY Qeros Carnival Festivity
After breakfast we will drive toward east on the way we will pass by several colorful villages like huanacarani, Paucartambo if the groups like we can do stop at each of those villages then finally we will leave the main hight way in order to drive uphill until chua chua, the first Qeros Villages. Once we will arrive we will have the chance to wander around a way to adjust to the Altitude overnight there.
Accommodation Tent
Today each village like Chua Chua, Qocha moqo ,Qollpa qucho,Munay Tika,Challma Chimpane, Kino. They will have their own festivity in their village of Chua chua. The people will get ready for the festivities they will make sure their llamas, alpacas they will be fine during the days they won’t be there.

The qeros people will visit each member of their village in order to get ready to hike in the afternoon to the main Qeros Village or Hatun Qeros.

Today we will have the chance to photograph the main festivity of hatun qeros village. Everyone today will dress with their traditional festivity clothing – you will be able to tell they will dress different than the other days, they will dance during the festivity and they will show the items they were able to get during the last year.

After breakfast the people from qeros will visit the people who were managing this festivity. Then once they will finish with that they will leave to their villages. It will be all uphill, along the way we will see a lot of potato fields and many folks of llamas and alpacas.

Today we can drive and visit the rest of the villages by car because today the people from qeros they don not do any activities so good change for us to explore around each village

Today it will be unique experience because they will make one really amazing ceremony to their llamas and alpacas as way to say thanks and also with this ceremony they will ask for prosperity of them.
After the ceremony we will have lunch then drive back to Cusco. End of our Qeros Carnival Festivity Tour.
