The Vilcanota Mountain range contains two twenty highest mountains in the Americas.

The Milky Way the road to the sky.

Throughout  the andes  the milky as believed to be a river  mayu in the inca language  the source of all  wáter on earth for the inka  eart and sky are connected  and the river  Mayu  morrors of the  qhapac  ñan  or  the inca Trail both are sacred,alive,and parts of the oe whole.

Day 1: Arriving-Free Moring-.

Around 04:00 pm we Will pick up you from your hotel for your free tour to one of the most amaizng places from cusco.

Day 2: Cusco-Saqsaywaman Milky way Show.

Our transfer will pick you up at your Hotel to transfer you to the starting point of this unforgettable tour to Saqaywaman and about the Milky Way, approximately between 2:00 p.m. We will start the tour of saqsaywaman, then we will know Sacsayhuaman

Sacsayhuaman was built between the 14th and 15th centuries. The work lasted more than five decades, being the work of 20,000 men who came together as a tribute (mita). All its structures were located without the need for them to cease to be part of the place where they stand, integrating deeply and harmoniously the then sacred category of the landscape, obtaining a colossal altar to nature.

The complex itself has important architectural and natural parts, which have their own meanings and stories, such as:

They are called Muyuccmarca, Paucarmarca, Sallaqmarca and are located at the top of the bastions (zigzag walls). In Inca times they were towers arranged in a straight line at the top of the hill, in this place there was abundant water, even today we can still see part of the aqueducts

Day 3: Cusco-Chinchero-Salineras-Moray.

After pickup from your hotel, your first stop is in the Andean village of Chinchero. Here, you’ll take in mountain views, visit the main square and see an ancient church with unique floral and religious interior designs. Next, off the beaten path to the small town of Maras. This village is known as a former salt-producing center that dates back all the way to colonial time

From there, you’ll head to the fascinating display of terraces in Moray, located only about 2 miles (4 km) from Maras. Moray boasts three amphitheater-like terraces made by the Incas. These terraces, which are carved deep into the earth in a bowl shape, were thought to be used to determine the optimal conditions for growing crops. After visiting Moray, we take a lunch break at Tunupa restaurant.

Once full of delicious food, you’ll be ready for the next part of the day trip; we Will spend mosto f the time around moray  before heading back to Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco-Mollepata-Markoqasa-Soraypampa


our team will pick you up from your hotel to head towards mollepata where we will stop for breakfast we will continue to markoqasa where we will start the walk.

The climb has beautiful scenery as we go up the area where we can see many birds, perhaps even the Andean condor.

We will continue with the ascent to the viewpoint of the Turcarpay mountain where we will await a delicious lunch.

After lunch we will continue towards Soraypampa where every moment the view will change its beauty.

once we arrive at soraypampa we will have the most incredible views because they will be in front of us Salkantay, tucarway the most beautiful mountains in this area and tonight we will accompany these 2 great mountains.. (L / D)

Day 5: Soraypampa- Humantay lake-Pampa japonesa.

 Depending on the clients, this morning we will get up very early, we will just have some coffee and we will go up to the humantay lagoon to take the photograph of the sunrise.

Then we’ll go back to camp for breakfast.

after re-energizing we will start the climb towards salkantaypampa.

Once we arrive, the majestic Salkantay will be in front of us. After a break, we will continue the climb to the Japanese pampa.

tonight we will have more options to take landscape photography and at night we will be at the hotel with millions of stars and we will be able to photograph the milky way.

we will be there to assist you to compose the best photographs of the milky way, panoramic everything you want to photograph the milky way or the river of the incas.

We will rest in the Japanese pampa.

Day 6: Pampa Japonesa-Soyruqocha

According to the type of photograph of the Milky Way that you want to take, we will get up early because we will go up to the highest pass of our trip at 4900 meters above sea level. The idea is to be there for the sunrise because it has an incredible view.

from the snowy salkantay or the wild mountain of the incas, afterwards we will return to the camp for a good breakfast.

Then we will start descending towards salkantaypampa from there we will start the climb towards suyroqocha our next camp.

As soon as we arrive they will serve us the delicious lunch.

Afterwards we will have some time to rest because later we will go up to the Salkantay Pass for the sunset which is wonderful because we will be closer to the Apu Salkantay.

After sunset we return to the camp for a hot dinner and get ready for another starry night. Tonight we will see the animals that the Andean astronomers spotted on the via latea. It will be another magical night.

Day 7: Soyruqocha- Wayrac

 This morning those who want we will wash again tempra for another opportunity to photograph the sunrise and then have breakfast and we will go back up to the salkantay pass once we arrive we will do our ceremony of respect to the apu salkantay or the wild mountain.

from there we will start with the descent it is recommended to look everywhere because we could see condors, maybe the chinchilla a rodent from the Andes.

and many high altitude birds until we reach our next camp for tonight.

Another opportunity to photograph the sunset and the Milky Way, and perhaps with those who wish we can do  light paiting.

Day 8: Wayrac – Qolpapampa- Hidrolectric -Aguas Calientes

 Those who wish will get up early for sunrise because our landscape will be very different. We will have breakfast there and then begin to go down to Qolpapampa as we go down the road will be with more begetacion and it will also be warmer.

Lunch will be in Qolapampa.once we arrive we will have lunch and then we will take a vehicle that will take us to hidroeletric and then take the train to Aguas Calientes

once we arrive we will go to the hotel for a fresh shower.


Day 9: Aguas Calientes – Machupicchu –  Cusco

Early in the morning we take the bus from the town of Aguas Calientes to the archaeological site of Machu Picchu. We have the opportunity to climb the difficult path to the top of the Huayna Picchu mountain, which offers spectacular and different views, it is even possible to see the Apu Salkantay.

The tour of Machu Picchu allows us to appreciate the high level of development achieved by Andean civilization through the Incas. A supremely religious site, Machu Picchu demonstrates the superior knowledge achieved in astronomy and astrology. This knowledge of measuring the rainy and dry seasons through the solstices is indispensable for the development of agriculture: the life-source of the Andes. We will try to spend as long as possible in the archaeological complex, depending on what time our train back to the city of Cusco leaves.

Expected Weather in Cusco and on the Inca Trail
In Cusco dry season starts in April to October, the days are usually sunny and hot but temperatures drop abruptly after 4-5 pm until 7-8 am.
Weather is very changeable from November to March and heavy rains are expected, with the wettest months being December to March, although is not as cold as it is in the dry season.
*Please note this reference applies to the altitude of 3400 meters and changes depending on the altitude (higher altitude = colder). Also note that it could be wet on the 3rd and 4th day of the Inca Trail (cloud forest regions).*
Available Departure Dates: We strongly recommend that you make your trek booking as soon as possible. So far we have been able to obtain trek permits for ALL of our clients and have not had to cancel any trek bookings
